Festillo has tie-up arrangements with multiple premium party lawns in Bithoor. These are independent third-party venues and Festillo is not responsible for any changes in the amenities, capacity, pricing or availability of these partner venues. We recommend clients visit and personally verify venues before finalizing a booking. New partner venues are continuously being added to our network as formal agreements are executed.
While Festillo carefully selects and coordinates all vendors — photographers, caterers, decorators, mehandi artists, DJs and others — we are an event coordination company and not the direct employer of these vendors. In the rare event of vendor performance issues, Festillo will make all commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the situation but cannot be held responsible for the independent actions or failures of third-party service providers.
Festillo facilitates online payments through third-party payment gateways. While we use reputable, secure payment processors, Festillo is not responsible for technical failures of the payment gateway, payment delays caused by banking or network issues, transaction failures due to incorrect details provided by the client, or charges levied by the client's bank.
