Please read these terms carefully before booking any services with Festillo. By proceeding with a booking you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing festillo.in, contacting Festillo for services, or making a booking, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are booking on behalf of a family, you represent that you have authority to bind that group. Festillo reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Festillo provides end-to-end Hindu wedding planning and event management services in Bithoor and Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Our services include:
3.1 Enquiry: Submitting an enquiry form or contacting us does not constitute a confirmed booking.
3.2 Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon (a) signing of the service agreement and (b) receipt of the advance booking payment.
3.3 Date Hold: We may hold a date provisionally for up to 48 hours after quotation. After this period, the date is released unless confirmed with a deposit.
3.4 Changes: Any changes to booked services must be communicated in writing. Additional charges may apply for additions or upgrades.
4.1 Advance: A non-refundable booking advance (typically 25–50% of total package value) is required to confirm your booking.
4.2 Balance: The remaining balance is due as per the payment schedule in your service agreement, typically 7–14 days before the event.
4.3 Online Payment: We accept UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), credit/debit cards, net banking, EMI and NEFT/RTGS. Digital receipts are issued for all payments.
4.4 Offline Payment: Cash and bank transfer payments are also accepted with receipts provided.

6.1 Partner Venues: For events at our partner party lawns in Bithoor, Festillo coordinates all logistics between the client and the venue. Ultimate venue responsibility lies with the respective venue owner per their own terms.
6.2 Third-Party Vendors: While Festillo carefully selects all vendors, we are not liable for independent actions or performance failures of third-party service providers beyond our reasonable control. We will make every effort to resolve vendor issues promptly.
6.3 Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for providing accurate event details, timely approvals, final guest count confirmations and ensuring family cooperation with the event schedule.
Festillo shall not be liable for failure or delay due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic, government-imposed lockdowns, curfews, riots, strikes or power failures. We will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule or find alternative arrangements.
All content on festillo.in is the intellectual property of Festillo or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without express written permission. Wedding photographs remain Festillo's property until full payment is received; thereafter the client receives a non-exclusive licence for personal use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Festillo's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific services in question. We strongly recommend Clients consider taking out independent wedding insurance for their event.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. For disputes, please first contact us at hello@festillo.in or +91 73885 29476.
